Warm blue pigment. Recommended for clients with warm or neutral hair tones. Pigment particles are finely dispersed. The pigment is extremely liquid and requires dilution only with a special diluent to adjust the pigment concentration.
HOW TO USE
Can be implanted with more intensity: fine particles and a warm base will prevent deep penetration of the pigment. Can be mixed with Gray Harbor for a beautiful neutral brown tone.
LASER REACTION
Pigment particles are easily fragmented and quickly removed from the skin
